One day, when Ashwin was reading, he was struck by a thought.
"How many tigers would there be on Earth?"
He wanted an answer. So, he rubbed his magical ring to call Mr.Green.
About 100 years ago, there were around one lakh tigers in the world.
Scientists say that now there are only around 3000 tigers left in the world.
"But why are tigers dying out?" Ashwin asked.
One reason is because people hunted them for fun.
When we destroy forests, tigers do not have a place to live. They will die, or get killed, it is a sad story.
We should protect tigers. We must stop cutting forest, and instead, preserve them along with the animals that live in them.
Then, Ashwin changed his favorite Slogan:
A HAPPY WORLD IS CLEAN AND GREEN!
